Direct Marketing:
During each season we may want to tell you about new collections, sales or events. To do this we will use your name, postal address, email address and telephone number. You must have freely given your consent for us to do this, and we will hold records of this consent being granted.
We will only hold this data if you have actively consented for us to do so, and you can opt out at anytime (see below). Your email information will be held and processed by a secure online email service called Campaign Monitor, this email service will also gather information about your location and the type of device you view the emails we send you on. We will not, unless compelled to do so by law, share, sell or reveal any of the personal data you have shared with us for this purpose, to anybody outside the Stewart Parvin team, unless detailed within this statement. We will hold your data until such a time as you tell us you would like it deleted.
When you purchase from us:
If you purchase clothes from us, we will take some personal information in order to process the sale. This includes, name, address, email address and telephone number. We will use this data for internal administrative purposes, and to arrange appointments, deliveries and to deal with queries during the course of the order. Whilst we will retain your details for ease of future orders, we will not use these details to send you marketing literature without your explicit consent for the data to be used for this purpose.
We may share your information with third party couriers (UPS, DPD, DHL, FEDEX, Parcelforce, Royal Mail) in order to fulfil a delivery to you if requested, our third party accounts system (SAGE) and accounts team to process the transaction.
We are legally able to hold and process this data for the purposes of fulfilment of your sales contract with us, and we will keep your data until such a time as you tell us you would like it deleted, subject to necessary adherence to accounting regulations.
How to opt-out.
If you decide you do not want your personal data being held by us, please email us on enquiries@s1.stewartparvin.com, or call Motcomb Street on 0207 838 9808. Your data will be deleted or amended according to your wishes immediately, and we will confirm this back to you on email within 3 weeks.
